We are a family-run market business, set up in February 2015. We provide the direct link between the cheese maker and you, our customers.
We buy most of our cheese straight from a local family dairy, established in 1929, so we know exactly where our cheese is coming from, who is making it and what the ingredients are.
Our cheeses can be frozen, are suitable for vegetarians (using vegetarian rennet) and long dated.
